PURPOSE: To prevent a material to be recycled from being left alone for a long time and prevent the material from being molded defectively due to its moisture absorption. CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a virgin material charging hopper 1 is connected to a virgin material measuring part 4 through a virgin material feeder pipe 2. In addition, a measuring rotor 3 is provided inside the virgin material measuring part 4. Further, a curshing device 10 for curshing a material to be recycled is installed at the lower end of a charging hopper 9 for a sprue and a runner. The lower part of the crushing device 10 is connected to a measuning part 13 of the material to be recycled through a feeder pipe 12 of the material to be recycled with a surplus material discharge orifice 11. In the measuring part 13 of the material to be recycled, a measuring rotor 14 is provided. The feeder pipe 12 is of a diaphragm structure with the surplus material discharge orifice 11 provided in the center. Below the virgin material measuring part 4 and the measuring part 13 of the material to be recycled, a material storage tank 17 is installed. |
