PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a woody product having a pattern extremely similar to the woodgrains of natural wood on the surface by vacuum molding or compression molding. CONSTITUTION: Smaller size and hard surface grains than powder particles are fixed to the outer periphery of the powder particles in which comminuted powder obtained by comminuting a cellulose material is attributed to enhance its bulk specific gravity to form fixed grains. A base material made of a resin and a woody forming seed material in which a pigment and the fixed grains are mixed with a resin are formed, a product material having the base material and the seed material is mixed, and melted. After or simultaneously upon the melting, it is molded in a desired shape by vacuum molding or compression molding. |
