PURPOSE: To obtain an excellent surface appearance and outstanding electromagnetic shielding properties by spreading a resin film to which an electromagnetic shielding treatment is applied to be adherd to the surface of a die cavity, then preliminarily clamping the die so that the film becomes a little wider than at a final thickness position, and continuing the compression of the film from the start of injecting a molten resin to a point of time immediately after the completion of injection upto the final thickness position. CONSTITUTION: A resin film to which at least an electromagnetic shielding effect is donated, is spread to be adhered to the surface of a die cavity 10, and a molten resin begins to be injected from a sprue 9 in a state that a die is opened slightly in a thickness direction from a die position corresponding to a desired thickness. In addition, a thrust pressure is applied to the core plate 4 and/or cavity plates 5, 6 of the die during a period from the start of injecting the molten resin up to a point of time immediately after the completion of injecting the molten resin to a specified fill amount. Thus, a molding of a desired thickness including the additional thickness of an exterior resin film to which at least an electromagnetic shielding effect is donated, is obtained. Consequently, it is possible to enhance the fluidity of the resin in the die and obtain the surface decorative effect and electromagnetic shielding properties of the enclosure of a portable information processing device. |
