PURPOSE: To conduct electricity and ignite the ignition elements of a plurality of constrictors provided for each occupant through a minimum essential number of impact sensors. CONSTITUTION: Initiation elements 12da and 12pp corresponding to an air bag for a driver and pretensioner for an occupant respectively are connected to a first impact sensor 22 for single heterogeneous conduction, which has current capacity enough to be filled with total ignition current for initiation elements, in parallel. Initiation elements 12cip and 12pp corresponding to a pretensioner for the driver and a air bag for the occupant respectively are connected to a second impact sensor 23 for single heterogeneous conduction, which has current capacity enough to be filled with total ignition current for initiation elements, in parallel. Even if the first impact sensor 22 is broken, if the second impact sensor 23 is normally operated, when the vehicle collides, the driver and occupants can be constricted by the pretensioner and the air bag respectively for safety collision.
