A method of manufacturing sliders for door windows of vehicles, comprising the steps of forming by a desired means a metal slide base which has a base frame fixed to a door window galss, a subframe extending in parallel with said base frame, spaced by a predetermined distance from the base frame and having at least one mounting member, and has a side frame connecting the end portions of the base frame and sub-frame; arranging metal molds for forming a cavity of a predetermined shape around the mounting members with reference to the base frame; and injecting a synthetic resin into the cavity to mold slide pieces, which are slidably engaged with a guide rail fixed to the inner portion of a door, directly on the mounting pieces.
