<p>PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus which minimizes environmental pollution by materials in a casting process and facilitates the execution of the maintenance in the production process at the time of producing a housing container by using a solid material. CONSTITUTION: A cooling crucible 1 having at least an upper opening 1a and lower opening 1b, slits 1d developing electrical insulating functions nearly along a direction where gravity acts and a reduced part 1c in a cross section along a direction where gravity acts is provided with a plug body 2 in such a manner that the lower opening 1b of this crucible is openable and closable. Supplying devices 4, 6 for a solid material 5 and lubricant 7 are arranged near the upper opening 1a. An induction coil 3 is installed in a prescribed position in the outer peripheral part of the cooling crucible 1. A rotary container 8 having a cooling wall is installed in the lower part of the lower opening 1b of the cooling crucible 1. At least the constituting elements to handle the materials 5 among these constituting materials are hermetically closed by a chamber. The chamber includes a deaerator, an atmosphere adjuster and inert gas supplier. The container which shields the contaminated materials from the environment and minimizes the generation of secondary waste is produced.</p> |
