PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacture of a good quality bag with fastener by integrally extrusion forming a sheet provided with an engageable male and female fastener stripe at both the ends, and simplifying the manufacturing process before manufacturing the bag. CONSTITUTION: A flexible synthetic resin of polyvinylchloride or the like is extrusion formed so as to form a continuous belt-like sheet 4 having an engageable male and female fastener stripe formed at both the ends. After cooling, the sheet 4 is cut at a predetermined length, and tips of the fastener stripes 3 formed at both the ends of the sheet are fitted each other to subsequently be secured with a slider 5. The fastener stripes 3 are engaged with each other ranging over the entire length, and the sheet is made round to be shaped into a cylinder to weld and fasten the excess part of a predetermined value from the part of the fastener stripes 3. In the next place, both the parts of the cylindrically formed sheet 4 are folded back outward from the welded part, and then attached with sheets 7 having the same quality as the sheet 4 at its both ends. In addition, the sheets 7 are welded, and the excess part turned back outward is cut with heat so as to form a bag. |
