Compounds having the structural formula <IMAGE> wherein R1 is C1-C4 alkyl, R2 is C1-C4 alkyl or haloalkyl, R3 and R4 are hydrogen or halogen, and R5 is hydrogen or COOR6 wherein R6 is C1-C8 linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl, and compositions comprising the compounds. The compounds and compositions are useful as herbicides, desiccants and defoliants.
