PURPOSE: To prevent that a head space is formed in a housing container at the time of sealing and housed liquid food overflows from the opening of the container. CONSTITUTION: A housing container 11 having an opening at the upper end thereof is subjected to circular motion to be filled with liquid food and a lid member 13 is arranged to the upper end of the housing container 11 in the state subjected to circular motion to be sealed thereto. The housing container 11 subjected to circular motion is inclined corresponding to the rotational speed of circular motion. In this case, since the lid member 13 becomes parallel to the surface of liquid food at a sealing station ST3, it is suppressed that a head space is formed in the housing container 11 at the time of sealing and, therefore, the oxidation of liquid food can be prevented. |
