PURPOSE: To effectively fit the edge of a decorating element when the element is fit to the surface material. CONSTITUTION: A decorating element 15 is so placed on a surface material 10 positioned and supported on a surface material support mold 20 that the slide inside of the edge is arranged on a fitting groove 12a, and a decorating element fitting mold 25 formed by allowing stripe protrusion 26 corresponding to substantially entire length of the groove to protrude from the surface opposed to the surface material is moved toward the surface material. The protrusion is inserted together with the edge of the element to the groove, the edge is fit in the groove, the adhering synthetic resin 16 is discharged from the end of the protrusion into the depth of the groove in the state that the end of the protrusion is located in the groove to adhere the edge of the element to the surface material. The adhering synthetic resin supplied from a resin supply unit is passed through many resin discharge holes 27a formed to pass the protrusion and discharged from the end of the protrusion. |
