PURPOSE: To provide a metal support excellent in heat resistant fatigue and economy by constituting the metal support of an arranged body made by arranging a desired number of wave plates (and/or flat plates) in a contact state and an arranged metal made casing to fasten both side parts of each of the wave plates. CONSTITUTION: This metal support MS is constituted of a wave plate arranged body B constituted by arranging a desired number of wave plates 1 made of thin metal plates in non-contact state and a metallic casing C to fasten this arranged body B. The metallic casing C is to fasten both side parts of the arranged body B and constituted of an arranged body fastening wall C1 having a slit part C11 to fit both sides of each of the wave plates 1 and a circumferential side wall C2 to connect the fastening walls C1 on both sides. Favourably, a material with a small waveform (micro corrugation) formed on it is used for the wave plates or the flat plates constituting the arranged body B. |
