<p>PURPOSE: To provide a scrap conveying system capable of efficiently averaging the accepting/delivering work of scrap. CONSTITUTION: Scrap temporary yards 17-1, 17-2 are arranged on both sides adjacently to a truck carry-in lane 16 where a truck 12 loaded with scrap 11 is carried in. A basket 21 is mounted on a carriage 20 and can be moved on a rail 19 laid between the truck carry-in lane 16 and an electric furnace. Scrap is fed to the basket 21 from a delivering hopper 22. An automatic ceiling crane 24 is movably arranged above the range including the truck carry-in lane 16, the hopper 22, and the scrap yards, and it is provided with two lifting magnets 26-1, 26--2 capable of being wound-up or wound-down independently.</p> |
