<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the erroneous inspection from being generated by the misunderstanding of an inspector by providing a means to store the data on the product and parts, and the parts and visual data, and judge the presence/ absence of the mistaken or defective products in comparison with the visual characteristics inputted by the inspector. CONSTITUTION: When the input on all items is completed, the input results are inputted in the input results file 38, and comparison is achieved by the computer. Comparison is made whether or not the visual characteristics of the parts to be actually used agree with the visual characteristics of the regular parts for all parts to be inspected. The engine item number and the visual characteristics file 34 is compared with the input results file 38. This compared results are stored in the compared results file 39, and in the case of OK, the command to move the next engine to the inspection position is outputted to a stopper of a conveyor.</p> |
