PURPOSE: To provide a coffee filter free from disagreeable odor, and allowing easy disposal as well as transport volume reduction. CONSTITUTION: This coffee filter 11 is used to extract coffee, with hot water poured from an upper position to a powder type of coffee contained therein and dripped to a cup 22 below. In this case, the filter 11 is made of gas and water permeable paper, and has a housing section 12 of vessel type having a major axis section as well as a minor axis section, and an upper open end for housing coffee, a seal member 16 fitted to the upper side of the section 12 for closing the opening thereof, a hot water feed section 13 laid so as to be continuous to the upper part of the section 12 and used for temporarily storing poured hot water, and a holder section 14 laid at the section 12 along the major axis thereof, and placed on the peripheral edge of the cup 22. |
