PURPOSE: To allow a cover body to be opened/closed in a small space by energizing a first supporting member to one end side of a guide hole to fully open the cover body by a first rotary shaft when the opening of the cover body is a specified angle or more, and making a second supporting member, brought into contact with the other end of a guide hole, a second rotary shaft to totally close the cover body. CONSTITUTION: When the opening of a cover body 3 is a specified angle or more, a spring 7 acts upon a first supporting member 33, and the first and second supporting members 33, 34 are rotated around a first rotary shaft 55 through an arm member 6 and moved in the opening direction along a guide hole 57 to fully open the cover body 3. When the opening of the cover body 3 is the specified angle or less, the first supporting member 33 is energized into the recessed part 58 of the guide hole 57 by the spring 7 and rotated along one side face 63 of a cutout 62, around the second supporting member 34, brought into contact with one end of the guide hole 57, as a second rotary shaft so as to totally close the cover body 3. The cover body 3 is thus opened/closed by two rotary shafts, so that the radius of gyration at the time of opening/closing the cover body 3 becomes small.
