PURPOSE: To provide a laminate consisting of a halogen-containing resin layer, a polyolefinic polymer layer and the intermediate layer provided between both layers and having good interlaminar adhesiveness and excellent chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The intermediate layer between a layer (A) composed of a halogen-containing resin and a layer (B) composed of an olefinic polymer is an adhesive layer (C) composed of a copolymer of an unsaturated compd. having a functional group and a non-polarα-olefin monomer.
