PURPOSE: To provide a vessel capable of preventing the occurrence of a sticky state on the lower side of a foodstuff, and finishing the whole surface thereof to be crisp in a process for heating a cooked frozen food or a cooking ingredient by a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: This heating vessel 1 of a microwave oven has a plurality of projections 2 or projection rows on the bottom for isolating a foodstuff from a liquid of moisture and an oil content oozing therefrom. Also, holes are drilled through a plurality of the projections or projection rows for communication between the inner and outer sides of the vessel, so as to efficiently release moisture and vapors. |
