<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a packaging container wherein a filled liquid food can be dielectrically heated, and having good heat insulation properties by a method wherein a resin-made multilayer sheet is integrally fused to an outer body consisting of foamed resin material by the heat applied at the time of its molding. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 12 made of the foamed resin material high in rigidity and heat insulation properties as an outer material is charged into a molding die 35 and a resin-made multilayer sheet 21 is made into a cup-like shape by an end dilation method so as to form a packaging container 11. At this time, the sleeve 12, the outer body, is made of a foamed resin material compatible with the resin for forming outermost layer of the multilayer sheet 21 and the sleeve 12 and the packaging container 11 are fused together by the heat applied at the time of molding the multilayer sheet 21. In this way this method eliminates the need for the provision of a thermally active adhesive agent between the sleeve 12 and the packaging container 11. When this package container is heated and sold by an automatic vending machine, the food can be heated in a short time, since it can be subjected to the dielectric heating and, due to high heat insulation properties, the container is easy to hold and the contents are hard to get cold.</p> |
