PURPOSE: To provide an extract capable of carrying out proper treatment for recovery and cure of the disease condition of cerebrovascular patients or dementia patients and retention of health. CONSTITUTION: This extract of leaf of ginkgo comprises extracting an extract of green leaf ginkgo using green leaf of ginkgo which is not yellowed as a raw material so as to include ten several kinds of flavonoid and ginkgolite as main ingredients of extracts extracted from the green leaf of ginkgo. This blood circulating medicine comprises the extract of green leaf of ginkgo. This tea beverage contains green leaf extract of ginkgo or green leaf of ginkgo. Furthermore, this method for producing teas beverage is provided.
