STEAM TURBINE SYSTEM FOR DRIVING L.N.G SHIP

The steam turbine system comprises a steam generator(30), a high pressure steam turbine(31) which generates power by expanding the steam from the steam generator(30), and a low pressure steam turbine(33) which generates power by expanding the steam through the crossover line(32) from the high pressure steam turbine(31). A part of high pressure steam which flows into the high pressure steam turbine(31) from the steam generator(30) flows into the first attemperator(40) and the steam is changed to low pressure steam for usage. The low pressure steam generated from the first attemperator(40) flows into the second attemperator(41) for other purposes such as cabin heater(48) and lubrication oil heater(49).
