<p>A motor driver which can stably rotate at least a bipolar motor and has a simple constitution. The motor driver has a circuit which biases the voltage at one end of the driving coil of a motor to an intermediate potential of the power supply voltage and a back electromotive voltage detecting circuit which detects a back electromotive force generated when a rotor rotates and is provided to the other end of the driving coil. The pulse signal for rotating the rotor is outputted based on the detecting signal from the back electromotive force detecting circuit. The motor can be stably rotated at a high speed by means of the motor driver with a simple constitution without spoiling the structure of the conventional motor driver. The size, power consumption, etc., of the motor driver are reduced.</p> |
