<p>A flat blank (1) of corrugated cardboard material for forming a structural member, such as a pallet tray, has first (2), second (4), third (6) and fourth (8) wall panels hingedly connected along adjacent side edges at lines of weakness (10, 12 and 14). The first wall panel (2) has a further line of weakness (16) formed proximate a free side edge to define an elongate rectangular fixing tab (18). To form a beam or beams having at least four walls, the blank (1) is foldable at a plurality of lines of weakness (34a-g, 38a-g) made therein to provide double thickness walls.</p> |
