The brush enhances the efficiency of shoe shining. The brush includes a cleaning and spraying part(21) and a polishing part(13). The cleaning and spraying part(21) removes dirts on a shoe and sprays shoe polish on the surface of the shoe uniformly. The polishing part(13) rubs the surface with a cloth(20). The motor(2) drives the cleaning and spraying part(21) and the polishing part(13) is controlled for low, medium and high speed. The dirts separated from the shoe is sucked into a suction hole(32) and discharged through a filter(4), a fan(5) and an exhaust(29). The cloth(20) of the polishing part(13) is attached by the magic tape(19) for replacing when worn out.
