The arrangement optimises the light ray spectrum and obtains a higher temperature stability affecting the capillary structure in the direction of the longitudinal axis by a constant temperature bonding agent. The heat is simultaneously transferred via the function of an absorber onto the heat accumulator medium. The whole arrangement is applied to the outer wall of a concrete house.The amount of light falling on the accumulator is regulated by a shading arrangement (roll blind, folding door, electrochromatic film etc.). The shading device is provided within the ventilation space and is controlled by a temperature sensor. A security glass pane protects the arrangement from the wether conditions and dirt.
