Continuous processing of plywood to mfr. multiply material

The plywood is mfd. from a mixture of binding medium and coarse and long cellulose parts such as wood chips, fibres, etc. The plywood consists of a core and several layers with orientated fibres.The layers are formed continuously, and the covering layers have a higher moisture content during mfr. than the cores. After the outer orientated strand boards (OSB) have been spread, its surfaces are smoothed under pressure up till shortly before the outer cover sheets are applied.
