The fixation device (F) has two arms (1,2) which can move relative to each other to form a V-shaped construction. Each arm is equipped with a movable clamp block which contains two clamp holders (4) arranged on a guide piece (3). The clamp holders support rotatable clamp holder heads (5) which have two through holes (6) at right angles to each other which accept a clamp shaft (7).Two jaws (52,53) form a clamp to hold the bone implant frame and which can be operated by two screws (20). The guide piece is cruciform with two extension pieces which allow for the fixing and moving of the guide piece on an arm and also support the clamp holder.
