A holder and guide section for a membrane barrier (12,14) of a solenoid valve, with an electrically controlled precontrol valve (23,24), has a ring unit (40) of plastics anchored to the shaft (21) of the pot-shaped unit (20) of plastics, with a press fit and ultrasonic welding.Also claimed is a mfg. process for the holder and guide section (18) with a pot-shaped unit (20) of plastics, with an external axial shaft (21) from the base. It has a longitudinal channel (21a) between a valve seat (23) for the precontrol valve (23,24) and an outflow opening (24) at the free end of the shaft (21). A ring unit (40) is also of plastics.The ring (40) is fitted to the shaft (21) so that a ring seating is formed to hold the barrier (12,14) between the ring (40) and the wall of the pot (20) base. The ring (40) has a press fit on the shaft (21) and is anchored by ultrasonic welding. |
