Water depth gauge for use in fishing

The gauge provides the water depth from the surface to the bed and/or the depth of water layers of different temp. using a temp. sensor (7), a pressure sensor (8), a digital evaluation circuit (12) and a display (10), contained within a water-tight housing (1,4) together with an electric battery and a programme switch (11), determining the function of the gauge.The measured values provided by the temp. sensor are evaluated by the display as the gauge drops in the water, with measurement of the depth when a temp. difference of more than 3 degrees K is obtained. The measured depth is stored and held until manual resetting via the programme switch.
