SEPARATING METHOD OF ANTIOXIDANT IN SESAME

摘要

(1) pulverizing sesame, mixing with methanol and shaking for 3 hrs. 3 times to obtain the methanol-sasame power mixt.; (2) leaving the obtd. methanol-sasame power mixt. at -24 deg. C for 24 hrs. and concentrating; (3) passing the concentrated methanol extract through silica gel column with 100% chloroform for 2-3 times; and (4) confirming th antioxidant ingredient of the obtd. methanol extract by thin layer chromatography.
