PURPOSE: To easily reverse the relation between the front side of a case and input terminal and an output terminal by providing symmetrically various terminals of a main case or the like and mother boards with respect to the center line. CONSTITUTION: Various terminals of 1st and 2nd sub-cases 11, 12, a case 13 and a branch case 30 being components of a main case 10 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line. Furthermore, terminals of the mother boards 41-43 connecting to the various terminals are arranged symmetrically with respect to the center line. Moreover, optical fiber holding terminals L1, L2 are provided to both sides of a case 50 and the relation of the front side of the case and the input terminal and the output terminals is easily reversed by turning the cases 10, 30 and using corresponding terminals L1, L2 to realize the repeater for a CATV where installation and adjustment job performance is enhanced.
