PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor porcelain not containing iron and having positive resistance temperature characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The semiconductor porcelain is represented by a general formula: Bix Sry Tiz Mdw Oα (x+y+z+w=1; Md is pentavalent element; α is arbitrary value), wherein x, y, z and w are defined by 0.35<=x⊖0.50, 0.12<=y<=0.30, 0.30<=z<=0.50, 0.005<=w<=0.10. The semiconductor porcelain wherein the Md is at least one of Sb, Nb and W. |
