PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing the subject basidiomycete capable of sufficiently utilizing active ingredients in cells due to its ability to destroy tough cell membranes of the basidiomycetes. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a nonboiled edible basidiomycete is to pulverize basidiomycetes to 20-100 mesh size, add water to the resultant basidiomycetous powder, provide a 20-90wt.% suspension, then feed the resultant suspension into a cylinder, containing 80-85vol.% rigid body media, having 0.5-1.0mm diameter and filled therein, rotate and mix the suspension at <=50 deg.C temperature and dry the prepared slurry. |
