CONSTITUTION: The injection orifice 3 of a nozzle and the inner peripheral surface 43 of the end part of a blow mold are formed so as to have a diameter larger than the inner diameter of the groove forming surface 24 of the clamping tool of a small diameter attaching part mold and a parson is subjected to blow molding while the molding of the small diameter attaching part of boots is accelerated by an injection cavity 30 to form boots generating no crack in the corner part of the groove of the clamping tool.
