PURPOSE: To provide a coloring packing bag which can be used in a job-shop type production, a coloring device and a bag making device or a filling packing device. CONSTITUTION: A special coloring agent 5 is applied to one of the surfaces of a film base material 4 and a transparent protective film 6 is formed on the surface coated with the agent 5 to provide an internal coloring composite base material thereby to make a luminescent packing bag, and patterns are formed on the luminescent packing bag by means of a coloring device. In this case, as the special coloring agent, a heat-sensitive coloring agent or a pressure- sensitive coloring agent or a photosensitive coloring agent is used, and as the coloring device, one of a group of a heat coloring device, a pressure coloring device, and a luminescent coloring device is used. |
