PURPOSE: To provide a female connector of a shape which precludes intrusion of resin material and provide a coaxial connector which incorporates the female terminal, is constructed small, and is free from risk of terminal deformation. CONSTITUTION: A female terminal 1 has a body in approx. cylindrical form and a tine part 14 coupled with the body through a hinge 16. The tine part 14 has a base part greater than the end of the body part, and when the tine part 14 is folded toward the body, the base part encloses the end of the body. This hinders intrusion of resin material when a single piece molding is made to the housing 50 along with a shield terminal 30. |
