PURPOSE: To provide the subject composition, containing a fluorine-based surfactant and an aqueous lubricant, capable of maintaining lubricating performances, excellent in environmental protection properties, safety, draining and drying properties and suitably usable for rotating parts, sliding parts, etc., of various parts. CONSTITUTION: This composition contains (A) a fluorine-based surfactant e.g. a compound having phosphate group and a perfluoroalkyl group in one molecule Such as a compound of the formula [(m) is 0-10; (n) is 1-30] or a copolymer of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing the perfluoroalkyl group and an ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing the phosphate group} and (B) an aqueous lubricant (e.g. an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene having <=5μm particle diameter). The respective contents of the components (A) and (B) are preferably 0.01-10wt.% and 0.1-50wt.% based on the weight of the composition. |
