An arrangement (16) for analysing body fluids drawn from a living being is described. The arrangement (16) comprises a fluid sample station (32) connectable to the living being for drawing fluid from same, a disposable cassette (26) connectable to the fluid sample station (32) for receiving a fluid sample to be analysed, a sensor unit (27) for analysing the fluid sample, a cassette store (24) in which a plurality of disposable cassettes (26) are storable and a transfer system (28, 30) for bringing cassettes (26) in the cassette store (24), one by one, into operative connection with the fluid sample station (32). A control unit (36) controls the transfer system (28, 30) to bring the cassettes into connection with the fluid sample station at a programmable rate. <IMAGE> |
