PURPOSE: To obtain propylene resin extrudate improved in blushing resistance without detriment to the excellent rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance and moldability inherent in a conventional propylene/ethylene block copolymer. CONSTITUTION: This extrudate is prepared by extruding a molding compound containing a block copolymer (1) comprising 95.0-70.0 pts.wt. crystalline polymer (A) and 5.0-30.0 pts.wt. ethylene/propylene copolymer (B) or a resin composition (2) containing components A and B in the above ratio at 290 deg.C or below. This extrudate satisies the condition that component B has an area-mean particle diameter of 0.6μm or below in the internal region distant from the surface of the extrudate by 200μm or above. Components (1) and (2) have the following properties: the ethylene content is 3-22wt.%; MFR=0.1-20g/10min; cold xylene- soluble conten = 2.5-20.0wt.%; the ethylene content of a cold xylene-soluble and acetone-insoluble content is 40-80wt.%; the ratio of the intrinsic viscosity [η]CXIC of the cold xylene-insolubles to the intrinsic viscosity [η] CXS of the cold-xylene solubles is 0.4-2.0; and a small melting peak appears at 118-130 deg.C. |
