POLYETHER ESTER BLOCK COPOLYMER COMPOSITION FOR INJECTION BLOW MOLDING

PURPOSE: To obtain a polyether ester block copolymer composition having both excellent flexural fatigue resistance and moldability of injection blow molding. CONSTITUTION: This polyether ester block copolymer composition for injection blow molding is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyether ester block copolymer comprising a dicarboxylic acid component composed of >=60mol% terephthalic acid and a low molecular-weight glycol component composed of >=60mol% 1,4-butanediol and containing 10-80 wt.% based on the whole copolymer weight of a polyoxyalkylene glycol having 600-4,000 molecular weight as a soft segment with (B) 0.02-5 pts.wt. of sodium a 10-40C aliphatic monoor polycarboxylate, (C) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a diphenylamine-based compound and (D) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a hindered phenolic antioxidant. The temperature difference (Tm-TC2 ) between the melting point (Tm) of the composition and the dropping crystallization temperature (Tc2 ) is 15-40 deg.C.
