PURPOSE: To provide a prepreg which gives a laminate excellent in the resistances to wet heat and conductive anodic filament and provide a laminate prepared therefrom. CONSTITUTION: In a prepreg comprising a curable resin and a glass cloth impregnated therewith, the curable resin adheres to at least 40% of all the surface areas of glass filaments constituting the glass cloth.
