PURPOSE: To obtain an optical shaping apparatus capable of performing optical shaping while uniformly distributing a powder throughout a powder mixed photo-setting resin by applying vibration to the powder mixed photo-setting resin. CONSTITUTION: A powder mixed photo-setting resin is introduced into the tank 51 of an optical shaping apparatus and defoamed by evacuating the tank 51 by a vacuum device 60. Next, an elevator 53 is inserted in the tank 53 and vibration is applied to the powder mixed photo-setting resin by a vibrator 57. By this method, a powder is uniformly dispersed in the flowable photo-setting resin. Subsequently, the elevator 53 is fixed at a predetermined position and the photo-setting resin is irradiated with light in a desired shape to form one cured layer 52. Vibration is stopped during the irradiation with light. Then, the elevator 53 is raised by the quantity corresponding to a newly formed cured layer and, in the same vibration applying process and the same light irradiation process, the new cured layer is formed. A plurality of cured layers are stacked by repeating this operation to form desired three-dimensional cured matter. |
