PURPOSE: To attain a special talking service to a subscriber in its own station communication in a radio terminal equipment by allocating path connection change speech radio channel based on a control request signal sent by a radio terminal station. CONSTITUTION: Upon receipt of a special communication service from subscriber terminals 8-10 during intra-station talking, a radio terminal station 3 sends a control request signal to a radio base station 2. Then the base station 2 reserves 2 reserves speech transmission channels 72, 73 and sends a subscriber loop signal of a subscriber terminal equipment during intra-station speech to the base station 2 by using the transmission channels 72, 73 and releases the intra-station speech connection. The base station 2 releases a pseudo subscriber loop signal to be reserved and makes a request of start of execution of the special speech service with a subscriber terminal equipment 7 accommodated in the exchange. Thus, the service of the special communication of the exchange 1 is served even to a subscriber making intra-station speech in the terminal station 3 similarly to the case with subscribers accommodated in the exchange 1.
