<p>PURPOSE: To smoothly and securely insert and extract an insert part into and from a jacket pipe by protecting an adhesive which fixes a spool part so that it is not exposed to the outside and making a hard ring covering the spool part not abut on the edge part of the jacket pipe of trocar. CONSTITUTION: The connection part between an angle part 11b and a tip hard part 11c is fitted in the position of the small-diameter part 60a of the cylindrical part 60 of a jacket layer 32, the tip part is fixed by the spool 61, and the position where the spool 61 is formed is covered with the hard ring 62. Both end surface parts of the hard ring 62 are slanting surfaces 62a and 62b which are reduced in thickness continuously from the outer peripheral sides to the inner peripheral sides, and the slanting surface 62b is extended onto the jacket layer 32 of the angle part 11b, and an annular projection 33 is integrally connected at the position of the jacket layer 32 that faces the slanting surface 62b and fixed to the slanting surface 62b of the hard ring 62 by using an adhesive.</p> |
