<p>PURPOSE: To provide an ozone treating device miniaturized by heating the moisture adsorvent of the drier and discharged ozone in the discharged ozone treating device with a medium heated by the adiabatic compression heat of a compressor to reduce the electric consumption of the heaters of the drier and the discharged ozone treating device to miniaturize the heaters. CONSTITUTION: This ozone treating device comprises furnishing a first heat exchanger 10A and a second heat exchanger 10B between a compressor 2 and a chiller 3, heating circulating air in a drying cylinder 4B in the dehumidifying regenerating process of a drier 4 with the first heat exchanger 10A and heating the air in the passage of the discharged ozone treating device 9 with the second heat exchanger 10B.</p> |
