PURPOSE: To provide a container for a drink wherein dusts or moisture are prevented from attaching to the top cover thereof and barrier characteristics can be easily provided. CONSTITUTION: An upper end opening 11 of a cylindrical container body 10 is sealed with a top cover 20 made of a plastic to form a container 1 for drink of such construction that a drink port 23 provided on the top cover 20 is covered with a pull-tab 30. A cover film 50 is tightly applied onto a flange 21 provided on the outer periphery of the cover 20 so as to cover the cover 20. The cover film 50 is formed of a film material having barrier characteristics against oxygen. Since the upper surface of the cover 20 is isolated from the outside air by the film 50, the upper surface of the cover 20 can be kept clean until the drink port 23 is actually unsealed. |
