PURPOSE: To provide a steel wire, for fully and semi automatic welding, in which feeding at the time of welding is improved. CONSTITUTION: The steel wire for gas shield arc welding is formed such that a silicone grease, which is composed of Si for 1.0-20.0wt%, aluminum conjugated soap radical for 5.0-20.0wt.%, and a mineral oil for 60.0-90.0wt.% in the weight of the silicone grease, is applied and adhered to the surface of a plated wire material at the rate of 0.1-3.0g per 10kg of wire. |
