PURPOSE: To provide a data communication equipment without the fear of malfunction caused by noise and without the problem of a waiting time even though an expensive input port terminal is not provided. CONSTITUTION: At the time of A/D conversion processing, an internal-combustion engine control circuit being the data communication equipment starts-up interruption processing based on the edge of a trigger signal to transmit a transmission order to input IC and to receive A/D conversion data (step 62). At the time of reading simple port data, the circuit transmits the transmission order after passing a specified time from processing order(step 63 and 64) and receives port data from input IC (step 64). Thus, even though an inexpensive input port circuit is used,the internal-combustion engine control circuit does not make malfunction owing to noise. Besides, waiting time for receiving port data can satisfactorily be shortened and there is no influence on the responsiveness of control. In addition, A/D conversion data is also received by interruption processing so that unnecessary waiting time is not generated and control is not affected. |
