摘要 PURPOSE: To stabilize the output of a pulse laser light, by a method wherein the state of regenerative amplification of a pulse laser light is judged by the detection signal of a sensor, and the regenerative amplification of the pulse laser light is controlled on the basis of the judged results. CONSTITUTION: A sensor 8 is arranged at a part position deviated from the optical axis of an optical resonator 1, between a high reflection mirror 2 of the optical resonator 1 and the end surface of alexandrite 4a, that is, in the vicinity of the optical axis. Thereby a weak scattered light from optical components in the optical resonator 1 can be monitored, and it can be confirmed that the scattered light shows the state of regenerative amplification of a pulse laser light L, i.e., the state of growth. The waveform of the detection signal of the sensor 8 is inputted in a digital oscilloscope 9 and a control equipment 11. When the detection signal is inputted in the digital oscilloscope 9, the waveform is displayed. When the detection signal is inputted in the control equipment 11, control is performed according to the waveform.
