PURPOSE: To provide a seat of a motorcycle which can reduce transmission of vibration to a rider and can relieve impact force applied to the vicinity of the huckle bone of the rider by a recess-projection of a road or sudden acceleration-deceleration. CONSTITUTION: In a motorcycle where a driver A sits down on a seat 10 by placing feet on a step 11 and steers by gripping a grip 7 of a steeing handle 6, a shock absorbing material 15 is arranged in a seating part 10a of the driver A of the seat 10, and a central point P1 of this shock absorbing material 15 is set in a range of a horizontal distance (Y±100mm) backward from a grip point P2. Herein, (Y=164.1+0.869X), and (X = a horizontal directional distance (mm) between the grip point P2 and a step point P3) are realized.
