HOLE FILLING PRINTING METHOD USING WIDE SQUEEGEE

PURPOSE: To perform hole filling printing with a low printing pressure and with one squeegee by setting the force for pushing a work and screen at a specific value including the dead weight of the squeegee and the running speed of the squeegee at a specific value. CONSTITUTION: While printing is executed, such a squeegee 1 that the width B of the squeegee 1 against the advancing direction of the squeegee 1 is 150-400 times the diameter (d) of the through hole 31 of a work 11 to be printed or through hole 32 of a screen 9, the inside angle (squeegee contacting angle) between the screen 9 and squeegee 1 is set at 5 deg.<=α<=15 deg., and the contacting width (squeegee contacting width b) between the screen 9 and squeegee 1 against the advancing direction of the squeegee 1 is 0.5-3mm is used. Under the printing condition for filling the through hole 31 of the work 11 with conductor paste, the force pushing the work 11 and screen 9 is set at 5-25N per 10mm of the contacting length of the squeegee 1 with the screen while printing is executed and the running speed of the squeegee 1 is set at 5-20mm/sec.
